It was evident to everyone that the Scott Group was so generous because of Evelyn, even though Evelyn never admitted it. Occasionally, when asked about
their relationship, she would simply answer honestly, “Just family elders.”
Evelyn was informed by Ashley rwo weeks before the welcome party that she was preparing to recommend herself as the new president of the club
She was somewhat taken aback, even though she know that there would definitely be changes in the president’s position this year.
