Chapter1
Yesenia Carson Mosley donated one of her kidneys to Sylvia Mosley, the adopted girl and the apple of her brothers’ eyes.
She naively thought this would earn their love, but they just abandoned her.
After the surgery, all their attention turned to Sylvia.
As Yesenia’s health declined, Sylvia thrived.
She not only got pampered by both her birth and adoptive families but also became a dazzling celebrity.
Meanwhile, the devastated Yesenia fell into depression. Less than two years later, her liver began to fail.
Ironically, Sylvia, who had her donor kidney, turned out to be the best match for a transplant.
Sylvia offered to donate part of her liver, but on the way to the hospital, she got into a serious car accident.
Both Yesenia and Sylvia were trapped inside, but the Mosley brothers chose to save Sylvia only.
And Yesenia, who could have escaped with a simple smash of a window, was left behind and burned alive in the backseat.

A searing pain shot through Yesenia, like her wrist was being burnt.
She screamed in agony, her eyes snapping open.
Then she heard her brother Vicente Mosley shouting, “Why do you never listen to me!”
“…What did you say?” Yesenia widened her eyes, shocked by what she saw.
Had she just been reborn?!
Vicente glared at her, his eyes ablaze with fury. “We need you to donate a kidney to Sylvia.”
Yesenia glanced at the luxurious carpet beneath her feet and let out a cold laugh. “I won’t. Go find someone else.”
“How could you?!” Vicente was livid, thinking, “What the hell? Has Yesenia hit her head or something? How dare she talk to me like that?”
Totally unfazed by Vicente’s furious gaze, Yesenia turned and left without hesitation. Her foolish brothers had no idea what was coming for them.
Yet after just taking a few steps, something felt wrong.
The heat rising in her body nearly made her knees buckle. It felt both familiar and foreign.
She thought, “What is going on?
“I didn’t get drunk like I did in my previous life. So why does my body feel like it’s on fire?”
Her body slipping out of control, Yesenia didn’t have time to think further. She leaned against the wall and stumbled forward, trying desperately to find a place where she could stay. Unexpectedly, she pushed open a door beside her.
Then she fell into the pitch-dark room, colliding with someone inside. His warm body and the cold metal momentarily soothed the fever blazing through her chest.
The next second, however, the man’s scorching palm caught her neck. With just a bit more force, he could easily break it.
“Damn it!” He cursed and pressed his lips against hers.
Yesenia drew a deep breath, one hand locking onto his wrist while the other shot up to press on the middle of his back neck.
The pressure around her neck instantly loosened. Caught off guard, the man collapsed into unconsciousness.
Air rushed back into her lungs. Yesenia lay on his body, gasping for breath.
But soon, an unbearable heat surged through her body, making her even more uncomfortable.
She couldn’t take it anymore. Gritting her teeth, she undid the buttons of his expensive tailored trousers and rode on him.
Some time had passed. Drenched with sweat, Yesenia finally got dressed in the clothes she had draped on the wheelchair. Her mind gradually cleared.
The Mosley and Carson families had gone all out to honor Sylvia. The banquet tonight was extravagant, and every guest was both rich and powerful. Among them, only her former fiance, Jayvion Wyatt, had a disability.
Sylvia had always liked her fiance. She even sighed wistfully. “If Mr. Wyatt had returned earlier, I would’ve married him. That way, Yesenia could have stayed home longer with Mom and Dad…”
As soon as she said that, Belinda Shepard’s face darkened with disapproval.
“You can’t marry him. He’s a cripple.”
Sylvia glanced at Yesenia. “But isn’t it okay for Yesenia to marry him?”
Belinda frowned. “It’s her engagement. She should fulfill it.”
Sylvia couldn’t marry someone disabled, but Yesenia was expected to “fulfill her engagement”.
If, in her previous life, nothing had happened tonight, she would have married Jayvion.
So… it actually made sense that she had slept with her fiance before the wedding.
After resting for a while and regaining control of her trembling legs, Yesenia was about to leave.
But just as she took one step forward, she paused and came back.
She helped dress her fiance.
To her surprise, Jayvion had tattoos.
Yesenia stared at them for a moment and then fastened the buttons one by one before leaving.
Not long after she left, the man in the wheelchair woke up.
The scent in the air, the mess on his body, and the aching muscles in his legs… Everything screamed that something had happened.
Expressionless, Jayvion pressed the button on his wheelchair. Soon, a man in black entered the room.
When Emanuel Bonilla saw the scene in front of him, he was utterly shocked. One of the world’s top bodyguards stood frozen for five seconds.
“Mr. Wyatt, were you… raped by a woman?”
Jayvion’s voice was icy. “Find her.”
Emanuel immediately bowed his head. “Yes, sir.”

Yesenia returned to the guest room she had left earlier and got a rest.
Through the door in front of her, memories she had once lacked the courage to revisit now flooded back.
Three unfamiliar men lay naked. Clothes were strewn across the floor. Her family barged in, furious and judgmental, shouting without knowing the truth. And later, everyone seemed to be judging her.
Yesenia closed her eyes for a moment before pushing the door open.
Inside, as expected, three naked men lay unconscious across the bed in a mess. That was a sight as disgusting as in her past life.
Yesenia curled her lips into a cold sneer.
Who was behind it? How come they hated her that much? How badly did they want to destroy her?
As she was thinking, a panicked, disappointed scream rang out behind her.
“Yesenia, how could you… how could you do something like this?!”
Yesenia calmly turned around to face the group that had suddenly stormed into the room.
Her gaze swept over their stunned and furious faces before settling on Sylvia. She was pretending to look timid and pitiful.
She made Yesenia look even more skanky given how composed she was in the face of such a scene.
Yesenia laughed silently and bitterly.
How foolish she had been in her past life. She was blinded by family bonds. She failed to see through Sylvia’s evil intentions!
The first to come back to his senses was her second brother, Santino Mosley, a prosecutor. His stern face was tight with fury as he barked to the staff outside the door, “Seal off this entire floor.”
Vicente also snapped out of it and immediately roared at Yesenia, “One man wasn’t enough? You needed three?! Yesenia, do you have any shame?!”
Belinda’s chest heaved violently as she stormed forward. She raised her hand, about to slap Yesenia.
Yesenia didn’t dodge. Instead, she raised her hand and stopped Belinda’s.
Belinda hadn’t expected her to fight back and was even more enraged. The graceful composure she always maintained completely crumbled.
“You disgrace! I should’ve known that! You’ve always been jealous of Sylvia, always trying to ruin things for her. I can’t believe you’d stoop this low! It’s her birthday of all days! Shame on you!”
Listening to her words, Yesenia sneered.
Jealous?
What did Sylvia have that was worth her jealousy?
At that thought, she tightened her grip and shoved Belinda back.
The elegant Belinda stumbled several steps. If not for Sylvia catching her in time, she would’ve fallen flat and embarrassed herself.
Sylvia shook her head, looking at Yesenia with a heartbroken expression. “Yesenia, Mom acted that way because she cares about you. How could you push her like that?”
She bit her lip, tears flooding. “I know you’ve always hated me, Yesenia. If my absence makes everyone a little happier, then I’ll never show up in front of you, Mom, Dad, or our brothers ever again…”
