happened?”
The truck driver told Kyson the address.
Kyson told the truck driver to figure out a way to get Terrence out of the truck quickly, then call an ambulance.
After he hung up the phone, he looked anxiously at Bethany, “Beth, something happened to Terrence, do you… want to… go
see him?”
Even though Kyson was determined to send Bethany abroad.
But… he still kind of felt that there wasn’t zero feeling between
Bethany and Terrence.
Bethany’s heart actually hurt too.
This wasn’t a small thing.
A car accident with life or death unknown.

Kyson saw Bethany off and drove straight to the hospital.

When he got to the hospital, Terrence was already being
operated on in the OR, and there was a strange man standing at
the door.
“Are you the one who just talked to me on the phone?”
The truck driver nodded and said apologetically, “When I was
turning, his car was going really fast and suddenly rushed out. I
hit the brakes but couldn’t stop. He turned the wheel and hit the
guardrail, then my truck hit the back of his car. I’ve already
called the police, and they’ve sent someone to check out the
accident scene…”
Kyson’s brows were all furrowed, the truck driver was dressed
normally, and a man’s hands kept shaking.
I guess just looking at Terrence’s car made them feel they
couldn’t afford to pay for it, and now there was even an
accident. No matter if Terrence was driving fast or slow, this

cars going straight. So they still had to take responsibility.
Kyson knew it wasn’t easy for people at the bottom to make
money, so he comforted him, saying, “Don’t worry too much.
You didn’t run after the accident and even brought him to the
hospital. The authorities will decide what to do.”
I just hoped Terrence was okay.
The McConnell family got a call from Kyson, and the whole family came to the hospital.
Seeing this scene, it scared the truck driver even more.
Kyson said to him, “You go find the police first, I’ve got this.”
The driver left in a hurry.
Evangeline’s face changed with worry. She grabbed Kyson’s arm and said, “Kyson, how did Terrence get into a car accident?”
“Maybe he was driving and talking on the phone, didn’t notice the traffic ahead. I just happened to be on the phone with him, I heard the crash. We’d better wait for him to wake up and ask
him ourselves.”
Kyson didn’t say much about the details so that the McConnell
family wouldn’t blame Bethany for it.
