She got out of Julio’s arms and gently gestured, “It’s not your
fault, you don’t have to say sorry to me. From start to finish, he
was the one who went too far. I really appreciate your help
during this time, and thank you for helping me with my throat.
You’ve already done great, really. He’s capable of anything, so
don’t ever doubt yourself because of him.”
Julio gave a bitter little smile and said, “I brought you breakfast.
Eat something first.”
Bethany made a thank you gesture to him.
When Julio got off the plane, he bought breakfast first, and by
the time he got here, the temperature had dropped.
Bethany was really hungry.
Julio opened the lunchbox, and she also asked Julio if he had
eaten. Julio’said he already ate before he came.
