Georgia brazenly hooked her arm around Jeremy’s in front of me, her face glowing with adoration.
“Jerry, you’re so handsome, so charismatic. I’ve long been captivated by your brilliance, utterly unable to resist falling for you! You’re my knight in shining armor!”
As she spoke, tears welled up in her eyes, and she turned to me with a pitiful look.

How had I never noticed before? She had all the makings of a classic villainess.
Looking at the two of them gloating in front of me, I couldn’t hold back anymore. With swift determination, I got up from the floor and walked over to them.
A smile curved on my lips.

Both of them stared at me intently, eagerly awaiting my humiliating decision.
