Chapter 13
When the customers around me heard that my car cost fifty–five million dollars, their expressions changed instantly.
“So there really are cars in this world worth over fifty–five million bucks!”
The werewolves in the vicinity looked shocked at the mention of the price.
“Oh my Moon Goddess, I can’t believe there’s a vehicle this expensive!”
“So that mother and daughter are the real deal! That girl just said her mom could rake in millions in no time. Guess she wasn’t just bragging!”
“They’re so understated; you’d never guess

they have that kind of money!”
“Meanwhile, that Madam Beta? Her mate gives her just enough cash to not even buy a car, and there she is, acting all high and mighty!”
The werewolf salesperson cast a cautious glance my way, and I smirked.
“Too bad for you. Fifty–five million, and not a cent less.”
Neysa’s face flashed with a hint of panic but was quickly replaced by arrogance.
“Alright, I’ll call my mate Damien and have him wire me the money!”
With that, she whipped out her phone and dialed.

Before long, the call connected, and I heard my mate, Beta Damien’s voice on the line.
After she hung up, Neysa was back to grinning smugly.
“What’s the big deal about fifty–five million? My mate said he’d wire me a hundred million instantly!”
No sooner had she finished speaking than my phone rang–it was Damien.
“I don’t care where you are or what you’re doing; transfer me a hundred million right now!”
I replied coolly, “I’m picking up a car for my daughter. We’ll chat later!”
Damien roared back, “Alpha Isabella, are you looking to throw it all away? Adalia’s already

grown and awakened…”
Before he could finish, I hung up.
I pressed my lips tightly together, my wolf spirit raging inside me, wanting to tear something apart.
Ever since he and I bonded and he became my pack’s Beta, I haven’t treated him unfairly.
He needed money, I provided it. He
wanted resources to build his own power, I supported him.
I’ve been so generous, yet he’s been using my money to support some other woman!
With a disdainful snort, I immediately ordered my Gamma to draft a termination of mateship document.

“Get it ready to kick Damien out of my pack. He shouldn’t take a single cent with him!”
After ending the call, Damien called repeatedly, but I turned my phone off.
Before long, Neysa lifted her phone and squealed in triumph.
“Look! The money’s here! My mate treats me so well; I get whatever I want!”
She giddily transferred the amount to the werewolf salesperson.
The salesperson let out a sigh of relief, feeling like he’d made it back from hell. He then refunded my purchase price.
Seeing the enormous sum only stoked my anger further.

To think I froze his credit badge, yet he still had this much money on hand!
I shuddered to think how much he’d siphoned from our pack’s resources while I was preoccupied raising our daughter!
Neysa spent fifty–five million and ended up with a car that she practically kicked into submission. She was in a foul mood and wanted to leave with her entourage.
Just then, I stopped her.
“That Blackmaw Pack credit badge you’re using? It belongs to my mate. Where did you get it?”
