Cedric and Tabitha followed the medical staff and took
Terrence into a bedroom on the first floor.
Tabitha sat by the bed, holding Terrence’s hand tightly, “How
could you be so careless and get into a car accident? And after
the accident, you didn’t even stay in the hospital. You still came
all the way here like this. Is there something really important?”
“There was a bit of a misunderstanding between Bethany and
me, we had a little argument, she came over here, and I came to
pick her up.”
Cedric heard that Terrence was here for Bethany, and his tense

Bethany, but you really shouldn’t come here when you’re sick.

Tabitha grinned and said, “My granddaughter–in–law is here? Oh wow, that’s just great. How about I make some
arrangements tomorrow and send someone to pick her up? It’s
been seven years and I still haven’t met her.“”

But Terrence and Evangeline were their biological grandchildren, so they still kept in touch.

Tabitha and Cedric left the bedroom.
Terrence actually wasn’t sleepy. He also lay down on the plane
and slept for several hours.
