“Mr. Duarte arranged to start the promotion on Christmas Eve
tomorrow and have a preview on New Year’s Day. Beth,
everything went really smoothly along the way. I really
appreciated it.”
“Don’t mention it, it was because you guys were awesome that
things went so smoothly. We didn’t do any promotion early on
since we had limited funds, but Kyson’s team would definitely
handle it around this time. The movie was about to come out, so
with proper promotion, the hype could really take off all at
once.”
“Yeah, I hoped the premiere would do well, so your hard work
wouldn’t go to waste.”
Bethany also really wanted them to get results, but at that time,
the main reason she helped them was to encourage them to
stick to their dreams.
Because she gave up her dream back then, she didn’t want them
to give up their dreams, too.
Bethany sent a message over.

“Damari, don’t feel pressured, this was just the first one. If it
didn’t meet expectations, we could still do a second and a third. I
supported you, I supported your dream, not for money, you
know?”
She really felt that the higher the expectations, the bigger the
disappointment. The market was unpredictable, and sometimes
you needed the right timing, place, and people to succeed. If
things didn’t go as planned, it could hurt Damari and their
confidence.
“Well, okay, no matter what kind of results we got, we wouldn’t
give up.”
Seeing Damari’s reply, Bethany finally felt relieved.
“That’s the right way to think. We did our best, didn’t get greedy
or ask for more, and left the rest to fate.”
“Do you want to check out the final cut in advance?”
Damari still wanted Bethany to see it earlier. If it weren’t for
Bethany, there wouldn’t have been their team, and this movie
wouldn’t have happened.
“I wanted to watch it with excitement, maybe I could see the
trailer tomorrow.”

“Then don’t send it to me, I’ll just wait for tomorrow’s trailer,
wait for the preview, and go to the cinema to watch it myself.”
After the chat ended, Bethany felt much better.
Recently, everything was getting better, letting her, whose life
was held back and controlled by Terrence, see more hope.
The gift was wrapped. She grabbed the gift and got into the taxi,
feeling super relaxed.
After the cooling–off period ended, she got the divorce
certificate smoothly, let Kyson see his little sister, and then
nothing could hold her back anymore.
Bethany set up the dinner at Riverspire Bistro.
She got there early. The three people coming today were all
really important to her, so she couldn’t be late.
She got to Riverspire Bistro. She wanted to book a private room, but all the private rooms had already been reserved today, so
she could only choose a seat in the main hall.
But the main hall of Riverspire Bistro also looked really good.
There were floor–to–ceiling windows on all sides. Over by the

After about ten minutes, Kyson arrived first, and then Julio and Cassie showed up.
Kyson and Julio already knew that Bethany could talk, but
Cassie was the only one who didn’t know. When Bethany
greeted Cassie, she called out, “Mentor.“”
Cassie froze for a second, and her eyes got wet. She held
Bethany’s hand tight, “Beth, you can talk?”
Bethany nodded.
“That’s great, that’s really great. Did they go abroad for
treatment?”
