Gwyneth smirked. “We never meant to keep Asher in prison for long from the start. Kieran’s already talked to Harvey and Rosalie. They’ve agreed to send Asher to a psychiatric hospital once he’s out.”
That was the real reason Kieran went through with the fake wedding. Even though no charges were pressed against Asher, they could use this to get him sent to a psychiatric hospital for
two years.
Yvette was baffled. “His parents actually agreed? No way!”
Gwyneth chuckled and shook her head. “Rosalie just had a baby, probably a boy. Since the older one was a lost cause, she decided to focus on the younger one.
“They agreed to send Asher to the psychiatric hospital after talking it over with Kieran. And the thing is, his behavior lines up with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.”
Yvette understood right away. They were well aware of Harvey and Rosalie’s situation. Most people would go along with things if the leverage were strong enough.

15 BONUS
A month later, Asher was released from prison. And on that same day, they wasted no time. getting him into the psychiatric hospital.
He lay on the bed, hands tied up, muttering, “Let me go! I’m fine! Mom, Dad, let me go!”
Another week went by, and the wedding that had been delayed for over a month finally happened.
Kieran spared no expense and booked the most luxurious hotel in the city. Everything, from the dishes to the wedding favors, was top–tier.
Roderick and Felicia were incredibly generous, handing over wedding gifts worth millions of dollars.
Yvette sat in the audience, watching Gwyneth clink glasses and drink with Kieran, her eyes brimming with tears.
When it was Gwyneth’s turn to toast with her, Yvette broke down in tears. “Wyn, live your best life. If you’re pregnant, come to me for checkups. No seeing other gynecologists, okay?”
Gwyneth chuckled. “Alright! I’ll definitely come to you when that happens.”
That evening, Kieran brought Gwyneth into their new home.
Beneath the soft, yellow glow, he kissed her gently on the lips. “Wyn, now that you’re married to me, I promise you a lifetime of happiness.”
He would make sure Gwyneth hever had to shed another tear.
