This conclusion surprised Giselle greatly. She left after saying goodbye to the property agent.
Just then, the property agent lowered his head to respond to a message and suddenly exclaimed, “Why is Mr. Fordham from next. door also selling his condo?”
Giselle got ready to head home. Just when she reached downstairs, Emma suddenly called. In a very anxious tone, she asked, “Gigi, are you free now? Can you come to the hospital?”
Giselle quickly drove to the hospital.
Emma lay weakly on the hospital bed. There was no trace of blood on her face, making her very pale.
She was fine when they called in the morning, but then she suddenly started bleeding heavily when she went to the bathroom. As it was her first time encountering this situation, Emma had panicked. The first person she thought of was Giselle.
“The doctor said it isn’t a big deal. It’s just an infection,” Giselle comforted Emma.
She was used to seeing Emma acting decisively and swiftly, so it was surprising to see her suddenly so weak–wasn’t she just a
young woman at the end of the day?

Are you really not going to tell Larry?” Giselle asked.
Emma sneered. “Do you think he can take my suffering away from me? There’s no need to tell him. I took half his fortune when I
left, and his mother hates me for that.”
Giselle nodded. She changed the subject and started talking about selling the house to Jasmine.
“Jasmine Sinclair?” Emma frowned and said, “Gigi, be careful of her. She’s very petty. I’ve dealt with her a few times before. She
probably hates you by now.”
“There are so many others who hate me. She has to take a number and wait in line.”
Since Giselle dared to scam her of her money, she was prepared to be hated for it.
Emma still asked her to be careful. She asked Giselle why Jasmine insisted on buying the house, and Giselle repeated what the
property agent said.
Emma was confused. “Are you saying the other resident on the same floor as you is Chester?”
Giselle was much more composed when compared to Emma’s excitement. “Jasmine liked Chester. She bought the condo just to be neighbors with him. She probably thinks that being close to him will give her an advantage.”
Unfortunately, what she couldn’t have imagined was that Chester had just asked the property agent to sell his condominium.

Since it was almost time for dinner, Giselle went to buy Emma a light meal to eat. On the way back, she bumped into Sebastian
and Linda.
The mother and son duo carried expensive gifts in their hands. When they saw Giselle, one had a complicated look, while the
other looked disgusted.
Linda had always held a grudge against Giselle for the time Giselle stuffed a used napkin into her mouth. Because it was so embarrassing, she told no one about it and just held in her resentment about the incident.
Who would have known that the culprit would appear in front of her now? Linda felt her anger surge up.
Giselle paid them no mind as she didn’t intend to interact with them. With the food in hand, she walked past them. Sebastian’s brow furrowed even deeper because of her indifference.
“Giselle, why are you here at the hospital?” Sebastian called out to her.
Currently, only Jonathan and Richard were hospitalized there. Giselle wasn’t sick, so there only had to be one reason for her to be here. She either came to look for Jonathan or to make her presence known to Richard.
Sebastian felt like she was threatening Charlotte’s interests, and his gaze instantly sharpened.
Giselle was truly speechless. The members of the Grant family were truly all of the same character.
Couldn’t they tell that she was ignoring them? Did they have to go out of their way to disgust her?
Giselle clicked her tongue and turned to look at Sebastian. With a provocative tone, she asked, “Why do you think I’m here at the hospital?”
“You still haven’t given up on
