Chapter 47 Settled
The team led by Cameron, in cooperation with the teacher, successfully evacuated the students from the auditorium.
On the spacious playground, classmates gathered in twos and threes.
When the teacher and the soldiers were discussing what to do next, Cameron’s figure appeared in front of everyone!
“Boss! Are you okay?”
The younger brother quickly came to the man’s side and noticed the dust on his camouflage suit.
And Cameron just shook his head, “I’m fine, call the medic, there are students injured here.”
He gently set Fiorella down and helped her sit, and soon the medic
arrived.
“How is she doing?”
Cameron asked.
“It’s just a superficial wound, without injuring the tendons and bones.”
“That’s good, help her out.”
After confirming that Fiorella was unharmed, the man returned to the team and briefed them on the situation.
“Are all the students here?”
“Yes, everything is here, nothing is missing.”

“How are the injuries?”
“Most of them were minor skin injuries, nothing serious.”
The man nodded.
“Have the magnitude and location been confirmed?”
“A magnitude five earthquake, with the epicenter relatively close to the school. The newly built teaching buildings were fine, but the auditorium is quite old, especially the backstage. During the evacuation, the glass at the top fell but fortunately no one was injured…”
The teenager reported the situation, and Cameron listened attentively.
On the other end, the doctor wrapped bandages around Fiorella.
After thanking the doctor, Fiorella tried to stand up and took two steps.
Although it hurt a little, at least the leg was still there.
Fortunately, my fat was thick enough that when the wooden beam fell from such a height, it only crushed the surface layer. Apart from some scary–looking bruises and no damage to the bones, it was a lucky misfortune… at least I don’t have to sit in a wheelchair.
Just as I was thinking, a long, dark shadow fell in front of me.
Raising his head, Cameron, dressed in military uniform, stood straight in front of me.
“Nice to see you again.”
The man’s thin lips curved slightly, and his gentle smile was as bright
